How the Pilot Works
A structured process from scoping to success review, designed to prove value before wider rollout.
1. Scoping Call
Discuss your portfolio, risk profile, and objectives. We'll recommend the right pilot size and sensor configuration.
2. Property Selection
Select a representative sample of properties. We recommend including a mix of property types and known risk levels.
3. Installation
Quick installation by your team or our engineers. Typical install takes under 15 minutes per property.
4. Onboarding & Training
Dashboard walkthrough, alert configuration, and team training. Everyone knows how to use the platform.
5. Monitoring Period
Sensors collect data, alerts trigger when needed, your team responds. Regular check-ins with our team.
6. Success Review
Detailed analysis of pilot results. ROI assessment and recommendation for rollout.
Pilot Success Metrics
We define success together. Typical metrics include:
- Early Detection Rate: % of issues identified before tenant complaint
- Response Time: Average time from alert to action
- False Positive Rate: Accuracy of alert thresholds
- User Adoption: Active dashboard users vs. licensed users
- Cost Avoidance: Estimated savings from prevented damage
- Compliance Readiness: Improvement in evidence documentation
Typical Pilot Results
Results vary based on property types and existing processes. These are indicative figures from past pilots.
Pricing FAQs
Hardware cost includes the Hub, specified sensors, power supplies, and mounting hardware. GSM connectivity may incur additional data charges (typically minimal). WiFi connectivity uses your existing internet connection.
Yes, all hardware purchased for the pilot is yours to keep. If you continue to a full rollout, the pilot properties are simply added to your ongoing subscription. If you don't continue, you can either keep the hardware inactive or we can discuss buyback options.
Pilots have fixed terms (3, 6, or 12 months) with no automatic renewal. Full rollout subscriptions are typically annual, with month-to-month options available at a premium. We're confident you'll see the value—most pilots convert to ongoing subscriptions.
Installation can be self-service (with our remote support and video guides), or we can provide on-site installation through our network of engineers. Self-service is included in pilot packages. On-site installation is quoted separately based on location and volume.
For large rollouts, we can discuss hardware leasing arrangements or phased payment plans. This is particularly relevant for social housing providers working within capital budget constraints. Contact us to discuss options.
